CTU Container Rack

CTU is an abbreviation for Carton-to-Unit, a light-to-medium-duty shelving system adapted to automated warehousing systems. It is specifically designed for the automated storage and retrieval of cartons and boxes. The shelving height can reach 6-12 meters and requires the use of automated equipment such as shuttles and AGVs.

Flow Rack

Also known as a sliding rack, it belongs to the light to medium-duty high-density storage rack category. It uses flow rails as the core load-bearing component, allowing goods to slide along the flow rails by their own weight or external force. It is suitable for manual picking or small equipment-assisted operations. The load-bearing capacity of a single layer is generally between 100 and 500 kg, and the rack height is usually no more than 2.5 meters.

Medium-Duty Shelving

Type B shelving is a type of medium-duty shelving made of high-quality plate steel. It is specifically designed for storing small to medium-sized goods. Its core design highlight is its flexible adaptability; it can be used alone to meet small storage needs, or the storage area can be expanded by combining main and auxiliary frames.

Beam Racking

Beam racking is the industry's most popular and widely used racking solution, typically storing pallet units, making it ideal for warehouses storing various SKUs. Their distribution within the warehouse creates a series of internal aisles, allowing direct and individual access to all pallets. Uprights can reach heights of up to 11 meters, and beams can be adjusted vertically in 75mm or 50mm increments. The frames and beams can be designed to accommodate different pallet sizes and weights, and the aisle size is tailored to the forklifts used.

Drive-In Racking

Drive-in racking is a high-density storage system that uses a drive-through structural design. Forklifts drive directly into the racking to access goods. Its core principle is to eliminate the transverse aisles of traditional racking, creating continuous storage aisles along the depth direction. Goods are stacked along these aisles, maximizing warehouse space utilization.

Narrow Aisle Shelving

Narrow aisle racking is a heavy-duty storage racking system specifically designed for high-density storage scenarios. While ensuring normal forklift operation, it reduces aisle width, thereby significantly increasing storage capacity within the same warehouse space. It is suitable for warehouses with a height of around 10 meters, belonging to the racking type with relatively narrow aisles. It offers extremely high storage density while still allowing for individual access to all pallets. Three-way forklifts travel in a straight line along the aisles, while pallets can be moved laterally.

Double-Depth Racking

Double-depth racking is an upgraded version of beam racking and is a double-row, deep storage system designed specifically for high-density warehousing. It uses a four-row, side-by-side racking design to reduce aisle space and convert aisle space into storage space. It can also be equipped with specialized forklifts that can reach deep into the second row of pallets to access them, balancing storage density and operational efficiency.

Mezzanine Shelving

This is a multi-level storage facility that expands space by building 2-3 mezzanine levels within the warehouse. Each level has a load-bearing capacity of ≤500kg/㎡ and requires stairs or elevators for transferring goods between floors. It is suitable for warehouses with a ceiling height of ≥4 meters. It makes full use of vertical space and is a typical application of height utilization in manual picking racks.

Steel Platform

Also known as a steel structure platform, it is an independent, multi-layer heavy-duty storage structure, distinct from mezzanine racking. It has a stronger load-bearing capacity, with a single layer capable of supporting up to 10 tons. Dimensions can be customized to fit the warehouse space, and the construction period is shorter.

Mold Shelves

Also known as mold racks or drawer-type mold shelves, these are heavy-duty shelves specifically designed for storing various molds. A single layer can bear a load of 1-5 tons and can be adapted to different specifications of injection molds and stamping molds. The shelf height is generally 2-4 meters, and it is a customized storage equipment.

Gravity Flow Rack

Also known as gravity flow racks or roller racks, these are a derivative of pallet racks. The rack height is generally no more than 6 meters, and the weight of a single pallet is usually within 1000KG. They rely on the weight of the goods themselves for automatic circulation.

Four-Way Vehicle Rack

A shuttle racking system, also known as a shuttle racking system or shuttle compact shelving, is a palletized high-density storage system consisting of the racking body, shuttles, a track system, lifting/conveying equipment, and a control system. The operational logic is as follows: A forklift/stallizer delivers palletized goods to a designated level at the aisle entrance; the shuttle automatically transports the pallets along the internal tracks of the racking system to an empty space deeper within the aisle; upon outbound, the shuttle automatically returns the designated pallet to the aisle entrance, where it is retrieved by a forklift/stallizer.

Automated Storage And Retrieval System

It is an integrated intelligent warehousing system with rack heights exceeding 30 meters. Combined with stacker cranes, conveyor lines, WMS, and other systems, it achieves fully automated operations and represents a high-end warehousing solution.

Flying Box

It is an innovative intelligent bin-picking device that uses a suspended walking mechanism, allowing it to move along the vertical surface of the shelf. It supports double-deep operation, can pick and store 200 bins per hour, and can operate continuously for 24 hours.
