Type B shelving is a type of medium-duty shelving made of high-quality plate steel. It is specifically designed for storing small to medium-sized goods. Its core design highlight is its flexible adaptability; it can be used alone to meet small storage needs, or the storage area can be expanded by combining main and auxiliary frames.

FAQs

Are medium-duty shelves prone to loosening after long-term use? How should they be maintained and cared for?

No maintenance is required under normal use (except for overloaded storage or rough handling). If customers have inconsistent product types and weights over a long period of time, it is recommended to check the frame and crossbeam load-bearing capacity and the presence of missing safety pins every 3-6 months. At the same time, keep the warehouse dry and well-ventilated to reduce the corrosion of steel by moisture.

Are medium-duty shelving units suitable for use in warehouses with low ceiling heights? What is the maximum suitable warehouse ceiling height?

Ideal for warehouses with low ceilings, typically designed to be no more than 2-3 meters high, suitable for warehouses with a ceiling height of ≥2.2 meters.
