In the midsummer of July, the temperature is high, just like the enthusiasm of Haote Suzhou Rack Engineering Department. Several projects are under construction simultaneously, including automated three-dimensional warehouses in Dainan, Tengzhou, Shandong, and Yangzhou, a four-way shuttle rack project in Wuhu, Anhui, and CTU racks in Guangde, all of which entered the factory at approximately the same time. Currently, the projects have entered the later stages of debugging.

On July 10, 2024, the 2024 mid-year summary meeting was held at the Haote factory. The meeting was chaired by Wang Xueya from the Human Resources Department and was mainly divided into two stages. The first stage involved summarizing the annual work report for the first half of the year and outlining plans for the second half. The second stage was a mobilization and encouragement meeting for all employees.
