On July 10, 2024, the 2024 mid-year summary meeting was held at the Haote factory. The meeting was chaired by Wang Xueya from the Human Resources Department and was mainly divided into two stages. The first stage involved summarizing the annual work report for the first half of the year and outlining plans for the second half. The second stage was a mobilization and encouragement meeting for all employees.
The meeting officially began at 1 pm. The Sales Department, Purchasing Department, Engineering Department, Technology Department, and Production Center each summarized the work of their respective departments for the first half of the year and submitted plans for the second half of the year as well as matters requiring cooperation from other departments. After the reports from each department, Huang Gaohong, General Manager of Haote Suzhou Intelligent Warehousing, raised questions and provided a summary based on the reports. During the encouragement meeting, the marketing department of Haote presented excellent project cases of the company in the first half of the year, mainly including three-dimensional warehouse racks, CTU racks, four-way vehicle racks, and so on. After the presentation, the production process leaders shared the production changes and plans for the first half of the year. Finally, Huang Gaohong, the general manager of Haote, delivered a concluding speech centered on customers and based on the strivers, emphasizing long-term hard work. He encouraged all employees to embrace the challenges of the second half of the year with a striver's attitude.
