2. Project Background: The market share of the client's product has been steadily increasing year by year, and the existing production line capacity has been unable to meet the order demand. Therefore, an automated production line dedicated to large order customers has been specially established, coupled with intelligent warehousing technology to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the production line, in order to meet the increasing product demand.
3. Project Environment: The warehouse of this project covers a total area of 6,600 square meters, with a vertical warehouse that is 63 meters long, 15 meters wide, and 2.7 meters high. It has 491 storage bays and is designed to achieve a comprehensive efficiency of >80 pallets per hour for inbound and outbound operations.
