Professional Requirements:
1. Must have experience in the shelving equipment industry or shelving work, Bachelor's degree or above, at least three years of experience in the same industry;
2. Proficient in CAD software, able to independently perform technical drawings;
3. Obedient to company arrangements, highly motivated, and responsible;
4. Possess team leadership and innovative thinking.
Job Requirements:
1. Able to independently design solutions for various shelving systems such as four-way trucks, stacker cranes, steel platforms, shuttles, and mezzanine racks. Solutions must be reasonably optimized and advanced, and reasonable material selection, weight, and volume calculations must be performed;
2. Review production drawings and calculate prices for various types of shelving;
3. Understand the principles of mechanics and be proficient in relevant software operation;
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to lead a team, manage team members, and reasonably allocate time to meet sales needs;
5. Understand intelligent logistics and be able to liaise with clients to plan and design solutions;
6. Provide technical training to entry-level technical and sales personnel;
